Welcome to PIGOME!

Welcome to PIGOME! The PIGOME is a searchable, multi-omics database for the functional genomic studies in pigs, comprising 7 data types and nearly 7000 datasets, spanning 113 breeds, 71 tissues and 29 developmental stages. The PIGOME provides comprehensive, user-friendly information for searching and exploring the genetic variations, expression, epigenetic modifications and potential functions of all the annotated and predicted pig genes and miRNAs. This database provides an invaluable resource for studying pig genetics and breeding, animal models and related areas.
